Here it is, enjoy  Its made for 1600x1200 but it now works on all resolutions.Version with apple logo can be found here [link] New version with brushed gold & new buttons can be found here [link] You need to have ThemeManager [link] or LogonStudio [link] Both are from StarDock & both are free.
